With spring treating us to some great weather we’re turning our heads and looking forward to summer. Trips to the coast are always a must and along with it, the essential sunglasses, swimming shorts, sunscreen (bathe safe) and beach towel. One thing that is always overlooked however, the gentleman's trusty timepiece. Whether you’re taking a dip in the sea or tantalising your tastebuds in your evening restaurant of choice, a solid multipurpose watch comes in handy.
We take a look at five watches that fit the bill, all with rubber straps for comfort and in a neutral black colourway.
